Launched in 2019, Youth Business Camp Adria Zagreb is an educational initiative designed to prepare high school students for future careers in business, entrepreneurship, and innovation. Through practical learning, expert mentorship, and networking, the camp equips participants with the tools to think critically, act responsibly, and lead boldly.

Youth Business Camp Adria Zagreb marked a significant milestone this summer as it celebrated its fifth anniversary, continuing its mission to empower high school students with the skills and mindset needed for success in the world of business, economics, and innovation.

Held at RIT Croatia, the camp brought together a new generation of ambitious young minds for ten days of intensive learning, mentorship, and practical experience. Participants had the opportunity to attend 26 expert-led sessions covering key topics such as entrepreneurship, marketing, public affairs, finance, and digital strategy. These sessions were led by professionals from top-tier companies including L’Oréal Adria, Kone Croatia, Hrvatski Telekom, Podravka Agri, and others.

The highlight of the program was the presentation of student-led business projects before an expert panel, where participants demonstrated the knowledge and creativity they developed during the camp. Each project reflected a strong grasp of business fundamentals, critical thinking, and a passion for innovation.

Academic institutions such as Vern University, Algebra Bernays, and RIT Croatia played a pivotal role, not only by offering lectures but also by mentoring the students throughout their entrepreneurial journey.
